To create my seascape, I first made the sand by using oil pastels and silver glitter so that it looks like the sun is making it sparkle. I then made the sun on the horizon by using crayons and glitter as well to give it a little bit of shine. I then began to make my ocean, beginning with the waves. The waves were made by taking a white crayon and drawing small squiggly lines. I then took my watercolors and mixed the light blue and dark blue to make the water. To add a hint of character, I added two small fish jumping into and out of the water by using oil pastels on top of the watercolor.
